Dongzheng’s state-of-the-art production line is utilized for processing the components of approximately 60,000 gear motors each month. Our warehouse spans more than 1,400 square meters, and holds over 10,000 different varieties of spare parts and semi-finished products. This allows us to optimize production efficiency. A focal point of this advanced workshop is our fully-automatic dynamic balancing machine which tests the balance of such parts as motor armatures. The production capacity of this line approaches 1,000 pieces per shift.
In addition, our company has invested in a fully-automatic DC motor armature production line. This efficient line completes the processing and testing of armatures, which contributes to a significantly-improved work efficiency and considerable energy savings. It also helps to improve the quality control of motors and saves labor costs. In this way, we have realized the mini project on Internet of Things in our manufacturing plant.
The finished products warehouse occupies an area of more than 400 square meters. Here we can store entire machines which are packed on pallets and in cartons of various specifications.

The automatic DC motor assembly line performs gear assembly, motor assembly, testing, barcode generation, and packaging, all in one highly efficient process. The production line enables an output of 1000pcs/shift.
Our automatic dynamic balancing machine completes the detection and dynamic balancing of DC armatures with complete autonomy. 1000pcs of DC armatures are processed per shift.
The CNC gear hobbing machine is designed for machining gears, spindles, motor cases, end covers, annular gears, output shafts and other motor components. Monthly output of the CNC gear hobbing machine can meet the needs of 60,000 motor sets.
Gear rolling testing is performed by a machine that performs comprehensive testing for tooth shape, direction, pitch, and more. Quality is of the utmost importance, and we go to great lengths to ensure our motors meet the highest standards of the most discerning clients.
